To install Fido, run "install.pl" as root and answer the questions. You can 
create multiple configuration files and switch between them with the following 
option at startup:

    -f or --conf-file=          -- Alternate configuration file

Once Fido is configured, run it with the following options (Fido can be run as 
any user with read permissions on the configuration file and write permissions
on the logfile locations).

downtime [-s|--start] 	          -- Starts downtime.
downtime [-h|--halt] 	          -- Halts downtime.
downtime [-r|--restart]		  -- Restarts downtime.
downtime [-v|--version]           -- Shows downtime version and exits.
